1. Introduction and Agreement

This website is not affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored or endorsed by Discord Inc. (discord.com) or any of its affiliates. For inquiries, please contact us at https://discord.gg/prism-boost before taking any action. We typically respond within 48 hours.
1.2
As a digital products retailer, we operate under these terms of service. By using our services, you agree to these terms and policies. Violation of these terms may result in being banned from our support server and denied access to our services.
1.3
This User Agreement ("Agreement"), along with the PrismBoosts Privacy Policy and all website policies, establishes the terms for accessing and using our sites, services, applications, and tools (collectively "Services"). This Agreement is between you ("User") and PrismBoosts. All policies are incorporated into this Agreement.
1.4
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. You are bound by these terms and any future modifications. If you do not accept all terms, please refrain from using our services.
1.5
We may amend this Agreement and/or policies at any time without notice by posting updated versions on our website. Amended terms become effective immediately upon posting.

2. Return Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy. All products are covered by our warranty policy as outlined below:
2.1
A product qualifies for replacement if:
  • The product does not match its advertised description
  • The product fails within its stated warranty period
2.2
A product does NOT qualify for replacement if:
  • The warranty period has expired
  • The boosted server was lost while under the buyer's control
  • The buyer has contacted third-party support or left negative feedback (this is considered a closed case)
  • A charge-back has been initiated (this violates our Terms of Service and may result in loss of access to purchased products, blacklisting, and use of personal information for fraud investigations)
  • Threats of any kind are made (may result in ban/blacklist)
Orders may take up to 24-48 hours for complete delivery. Boosts cannot be transferred or revoked once delivered. We cannot provide compensation if server administrators or bots remove boosting accounts.

3. Products and Services

Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3.2
Any offer may be changed or removed without notice. For ongoing orders, buyers will receive notification.
